Eatin' Good in the Neighborhood....late again

Today was day 3 of my new waitressing job...went okay. Ilike the socializing!!!
B: coffee
S: 1pc french toast w/ af syrup & about 2tbps scrambled egg
L:
S: homemade trail mix about 1/3 cup
D: 1/3 pc italian sausage w/ potatoes & onions
S: 1/2 flat bread, 1 slice roast beef topp[ed w/ cheese melted like a pizza
S: arnold flat bread w/ 1tbsp cream cheese sprinkled w/ cinnamon
It's the same recipe that they use at the Cheesecake factory. Instead of a graham cracker crust I make a crust out of walnuts.
Crust
1.5 cups finely chopped walnuts (almost powder, but not paste)
3 tbsp butter, softened
3 tbsp Splenda
Glad you are having a great time in Chicago. Have a great week. Quiet day today. My husband was getting over a stomach bug and our daughter was working so the house is clean and the garden is all cleaned out for the winter.

one 90 cal package of O'Coco's cinnamon chocolate crisps...way yummy but I don't think they make them anymore...website always says out of stock

grilled chicken, bacon, mango salad with cheese and salsa...small salad

homemade SF caramel latte
Dinner
steak, onion, and pepper frittata with smoked provolone...about 1/2 cup...it was pretty dense

The daily grub:
Breakfast: coffee w/ protein
chorizo and eggs w/ cheese
banana
snack: 1 oz. peanuts
lunch: toppings off a slice of combo pizza
grapes
snack: popcorn
dinner: At my mom's. It was carbtastic!!! Fried potatoes, spaghetti w/meat sauce, sourdough
bread w/ butter (ate about 2 bites of potato and started feeling sick. I couldn't eat
anymore.

I may have some fage yogurt later. We shall see.

Hi all,
I hit my 70 lb loss this morning. Made my day!
Outta bed: 8 oz skim milk with 2 scoops beneprotein
B: 1 egg scrambled with 1/2 slice crisp bacon. (my first bacon)
L: 3 oz sauteed shrimp, 1 melba crisp
S: 2 sf popsicles
D: 2 oz roast turkey breast, 1 T mashed potatoes with gravy, 3 bites steamed carrots
