Goin home Sat...hope you have  quick week!!!
Today was day 3 of my new waitressing job...went okay.  Ilike the socializing!!!
B:  coffee
S:  1pc french toast w/ af syrup & about 2tbps scrambled egg
L: 
S:  homemade trail mix about 1/3 cup
D:  1/3 pc italian sausage w/ potatoes & onions
S:  1/2 flat bread, 1 slice roast beef topp[ed w/ cheese melted like a pizza
S:  arnold flat bread w/ 1tbsp cream cheese sprinkled w/ cinnamon

Lunch- low carb taco
Snack- protein shake
Dinner- 1 low carb beef n bean enchilada
snack-SF pumpkin Cheesecake

Lol yes. Pumpkin cheesecake is sooo good!!! I made it. I got the recipe at http://recipegal.com/pumpkincheesecake/Cheesecake-Factory-Pumpkin-Cheesecake.htm
It's the same recipe that they use at the Cheesecake factory. Instead of a graham cracker crust I make a crust out of walnuts.

Crust
1.5 cups finely chopped walnuts (almost powder, but not paste)
3 tbsp butter, softened
3 tbsp Splenda

Hi Charlie

Glad you are having a great time in Chicago.  Have a great week.  Quiet day today.  My husband was getting over a stomach bug and our daughter was working so the house is clean and the garden is all cleaned out for the winter.

Breakfast
Click espresso shake with SF English toffee, milk, splenda and ice

Snack
one 90 cal package of O'Coco's cinnamon chocolate crisps...way yummy but I don't think they make them anymore...website always says out of stock

Lunch
grilled chicken, bacon, mango salad with cheese and salsa...small salad

Snack
homemade SF caramel latte

Dinner
steak, onion, and pepper frittata with smoked provolone...about 1/2 cup...it was pretty dense

1/2 English muffin, 1 sausage patty, couple bites egg, Soy Cappuccino 1/2 mini plain bagel on plane 1/4 Dunkin' Donuts Egg White Flatbread Sandwich in airport, then my DH called and said, "dinner out?" So I tossed it. Olive Garden: A little salad, half a bowl of Zuppa Toscana, and about 1/2 cup of Chicken Cabonara, with a few sips of Red Wine.

Hi Charlie,
I love the outlet mall.  I always go when we are in Vegas. They have three of them there. I swear I always come home with at least 3 pairs of shoes and at least one cute outfit. The Ann Taylor outlet is one of my favorites. So is the William Sonoma outlet. 

I had to order new costumes for LA today. I swear if my husband changes his mind again, POW, to the moon with him. I am not kidding. He is going to catch me on a crazy hormone day and it will be all he wrote. He better hope it is a low PMS month. LOL

The daily grub:

Breakfast: coffee w/ protein
                   chorizo and eggs w/ cheese
                    banana
snack: 1 oz. peanuts
lunch: toppings off a slice of combo pizza
            grapes
snack: popcorn
dinner: At my mom's. It was carbtastic!!! Fried potatoes, spaghetti w/meat sauce, sourdough
              bread w/ butter (ate about 2 bites of potato and started feeling sick. I couldn't eat
              anymore. )

I may have some fage yogurt later. We shall see.

Have a great week. Don't work to hard. You need to have energy for our adventures in LA.

Hi all,

I hit my 70 lb loss this morning.  Made my day!

Outta bed: 8 oz skim milk with 2 scoops beneprotein
B: 1 egg scrambled with 1/2 slice crisp bacon.  (my first bacon)
L: 3 oz sauteed shrimp, 1 melba crisp
S: 2 sf popsicles
D: 2 oz roast turkey breast, 1 T mashed potatoes with gravy, 3 bites steamed carrots

assorted CANDY from vending machines at work.........
popcorn
crackers
a few french fries, a few chicken wings.

I need to get a handle pn this before I am 260lbs again.......
