Actually the weekend before last we had about 8" of snow...most of it lake affect from the Great Salt Lake. It melted after a couple of days though and now it has been in the 60s...50s today. It is 70 in the house and my daughter and husband say they are freezing and had to have hot chocolate...just because it is in the 40s out now and windy. Last winter I was cold all of the time but not as much so far this year. I do have a really huge down alternative coat from last year though...fits me twice around. I did find a really heavy washable suede chocolate coat for this winter in a regular size large (needed it big enough to wear sweaters underneath) for when it gets in the teens...and a insulated jacket in a size MEDIUM for when it is just chilly that I we picked up at Costco last week. Way hard to believe I could actually fit it.
Breakfast
whole wheat toast with crunchy peanut butter and sf honey
Later
SF iced cinnamon dolce latte without ice...room temp (daughter had to be at school at 0600 today for choir rehearsal)
Snack
Click espresso protein shake mixed with milk, sf English toffee, splenda and ice
Lunch
steak and grilled veggie frittata
Snack
1 cheese stick and a few wheat thins...few corn nuts too
Dinner
1/3 low sugar BBQ chicken breast...Kraft low sugar BBQ sauce...not that good
Dessert
No sugar added hot coco
Stay warm and have a great day tomorrow.

Hey Charlie, cold and raining here again, we had snow last week, was in the 70's so went through the hills for a motorcycle ride and boy was it cold and still a lot of snow in the Black Hills. So, the hubby and I are heading your way, we leave in the morning for Daytona. Will be there till Saturday, then off to Miami for our Cruise, then back to Daytona on November 1st thru the 11th. Can't wait for warm weather. Only been in the 40's and 50's here.
Today has not been a great eating day, busy packing, making it to hair appointments and what not, so here is the damage for the day.
B: Banana, Mocha protien drink
Snack/Lunch: jerkey, 2 cheese sticks, smarties..........it is halloween time, can't stay away from the smarties.
D: Tomato soup and pb&j sandwich which I am paying for now since it was way too many carbs and can't keep my blood sugar up.
S: 2 cheese sticks to try and counter act the high carb dinner.
Have a warm one.
Have fun on the cruise. It's always a great time.
Thanks Maryann and everyone who posts to the Eatin' Good thread every day. It keeps it going. I go to bed early but I read every post the next morning, so I can't reply to each one.
Hugs
