I've shrunk 2 inches!!

The D was still in normal range, but on the lower side of normal.  With me wanting to excel, I asked the doc if it's okay and/or recommended to take a supplement and she said that would be a good idea.  I'm taking 400 units per day now.

I think, now that I've had time to digest this new info here about the PTH, I'll call my primary tomorrow and request a script for the PTH test.

One question, did you measure yourself at home after being measured in the doc's office?  Until you can verify the actual measurement, I'd not take the doc office as gospel.  They are notorious for being inaccurate.
