Eatin' good in the neighborhood...stormy Wednesday.
Horrible storms just passed through the area. Stormed here for about 2 straight hours with some tornadoes and lightening like I've never seen before. It is starting to quiet down for now but I think another line is moving into the area.
Tomorrow is my 2nd interview. I am starting to psych myself out already. I am either real cool or else I get myself all worked up and that's when I forget what I want to say when they ask questions. It's so hard because there are so many questions that they could ask....no way to really prepare for it, honestly.
So for today:
B: muscle milk protein shake w/ 2% milk
2 pcs bacon
decaf
L: cheeseburger, no bun
a little salad
fresh fruit
a little baked beans
S: a few bites of lentils and brown rice
1/2 ham/cheese wrap on low-carb tortilla
protein chai tea
D: tortilla pizza w/ pepperoni
So that will do it for tonight. Send postive vibes my way for my interview tomorrow.
I'll let you know how it goes.
Erin
Here come the positive vibes ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++!!
You can do it - I'm sure of it. Just relax and don't psych yourself out. Good luck!
Today was a gorgeous day in central Maine. It was sunny, warm, with a nice breeze. I love it like that - no too hot, not too cold. My mom and I went to pick out new wallpaper for the kitchen, then to Walmart, then lunch. I read some and crafted some in the afternoon. I LOVE summer vacation!
B: fried egg, cheese, and bacon on a Flatout flatbread
S: 1 slice of deli chicken
1 slice of Harvarti cheese
L: chili w/shredded cheese and sour cream
S: cottage cheese w/blueberries, watermelon and pineapple
D: cheese burger (no bun) on the grill w/onions and peppers
2 dill pickles
2 small chunks watermelon
S: popcorn w/cheese
a couple of macadamia nuts
a few peanuts
1 prune
That's all she ate . . .
Connie

Life isn't about waiting for the storm to pass...It's about learning to dance in the rain.
Hope everything goes well with the interview (and the rest of tonight's weather!!)
Jan (in Northern KY but would LOVE to be in Pittsburgh with my grandbabies!)
