Mtnwoman04,

I had dizziness in the beginning, I would get them for like 10 min and then they would go away... I was diagnosed with Occular Migraine and since then I take a dosage of Lutein and haven't had an issues with it

Many Blessings

I had perfect vision before surgery, now I have to wear glasses at all times. I'm also almost 50 years old now.

This happened to me also.  I didn't wear glasses before surgery and now I either wear contacts or glasses at all times (I am 48 now).  After about 1 year from my surgery, my eye sight just got worse and worse and my Dr. said it was due to losing so much weight that my eyes were now adjusting as well.  It was crazy!  My prescription would change as many as 1 or 2 times a month for about 6 months.  My weight loss has slowed for the last year now and my eye sight seems to have stabilized.  I still have 40 pounds to go and I am concerned about the possibiity of changes yet to come.  But it is soooo worth it!

Hope this helps.
