test some protein shakes

The good thing about GNC is that you can buy a product there and when you get it home if it is horrible you can take the opened product back WITH your receipt and they will refund your money.
I wouldn't buy everything at GNC, it's expensive! But until you discover what you like it's fine.
After you find products you like netrition.com is the cheapest place I have found for ordering stuff because their shipping is $4.95 no matter how much you buy.
Lauren, I purchased the chocolate and the strawberry. I also make popcylces from both for snacks. Each was 2 ozs. They both have a chalky taste but not overpowering. You will need to add 1-2 packets of Splenda to the 8 ozs to the strawberry. I sustained myself on muscle milk now (chocolate) which has 22 grams of protein. I used another one called myoplex and it has 42 grams of protein....that one is my favorite. i drink 4 ozs in the am and pm for my snacks at work.
