The La Tortilla factory has many others, which I haven't tried, since I'm pretty hooked already on the garlic and herb version. I picked these up at my local grocer.

I was discouraged from having white bread (and rice) as well as "heavy" whole grain breads. As a new post-op, these things can sit like a brick in your new pouch, make you miserable, and not allow you to get sufficient protein. However, I was told it was okay to eat half a slice of a high protein, high grain bread. well toasted (which makes it less able to absorb moisture and become that ugly brick!).
This is just my opinion, but according to my plan, 1/2 of the tortilla I describe would be been acceptable. I might have tried spraying it with Pam and putting it on a hot griddle to "toast" it.
For us long timers, this is really a good find - I think.

To store them since they will spoil before I can finish them - I cut them in half, layered two pieces of waxed paper between each piece and froze them in a ziploc bag. You really need the two pieces of wax paper or they stick.
If I can find the low carb tortillas I'll do the same.
