Tricalcium phosphate is it comparable to Calcium Citrate?

Is this compareable to the Citrate for good absorbtion? or not? I found a calcium chewy at Trader Joes and wanted to be sure before I bought it.

No, it's not comparable at all. It is poorly absorbed and is a bad choice.

The best-absorbed for most of us is calcium citrate malate .. You can get it through Vitacost or a few other places online ..

I knew about the cittrate being best and carbonate being a no, just not sure if I remember hearing about the tricalcium phosphate.lol.

It's worse than carbonate.

But it tastes absolutely yummilicious.
