Are you related to the woman with the RNY who said she had to take a hammer to a box of crackers?

I have to say, I'm always hearing that people have the RNY to have a "healthy relationship with food", and none of this behavior sounds very healthy to me.

It is Brok's wonderful Pizza recipe and Stormy's photos so I need to give credit where credit is due.  I was just trying to  share something that had been shared with me that can be really good for all of us to enjoy and modify to whatever WLS you had.  The OP had a pizza problem and I was just trying to offer a solution.

Thanks for posting the pizza pics and recipe! It is a great idea/concept and I will definitely make it when I am further out!

Great stuff!

Eh...I eat regular thin crust pizza with hamburger and bacon on top and call it a day...no substitutions and no nit picking....I just don't eat it every day.  I am not sure how pizza toppings can be responsible for your (or anyone's) stall unless you are eating them all day, every day...I also don't understand how pepperoni caused you to all of a sudden be hungry all the time...

Well, you know, all that hunger- and craving-inducing protein and fat really get in the way of some people's diets. After all, protein-packed foods like pepperoni really need to be kept to  aminimum during the weight loss phase.

Oh, wait...
So Blessed!

Hey guys just a head up. Say no to ****a toppings. I know a few weeks ago I posted that I survived the night out with friends and that we had had ****a and I was able to successfully eat ONLY the ****a toppings. I had a lot of gas, but mostly I was uneffected by eating the pepperoni from 2 slices of ****a.

The problem is since then, I have been eating more. Before the ****a topping adventure I wasn't even hungry. I had to remind myself to eat. Now, all I think about is food. I had a 4 week stall that happened during my first time eating ****a out. Also since that first time I have been consuming ****a toppings at an alarming rate. Just two days after that first time, I was sitting in a gourmet ****a place, eating pepperoni and cheese AND sauce. I was no longer satisfied with JUST the pepperoni, but I had to have it all but the crust.

Since that first time, I have had ****a toppings (pepperoni) a total of 13 times. Tonight I stopped by ****a Hut, since they are having that fantastic deal of any size, any crust, any style for $10. So I ordered a large pepperoni lovers ****a. I put three slices in the freezer, three in the refrigerator and 2 on my plate. I was only able to eat the pepperoni/cheese/sauce from one slice before I was full. But before I so neatly divided out the slices, I ate the top of the crust from 2 slices.

Clearly I am out of control.

It looks like you've found your trigger food.  You should totally avoid it.
