Say No to Pizza TOPPINGS
honey.. you have some real internal head issues if you take mybeing helpful way off on some crazy tangent.
How can you not understand that I cannot give an absolute nutritional information when the actual contents of the pizza are up to the person that makes the pizza! That is NOT being RUde..
Seriously.. get a grip and handle your own demons. I was trying to be helpful because obiously you need it with your pizza issues.
I never started a surgery war thread here or my surgery is better bla bla bla.. That is you that has your own problem.

How, exactly, could she possibly provide you nutritional information for a recipe that you would have customized with your own chosen ingredients? I would assume that an RNY'er would use low-fat cheeses, lean meats and lots of yummy veggies. These are menu items that I'm sure you are familiar with, are you not? Do you really need someone to break them down for you?

Exactly my point! I was not trying to be ugly as OP has taken it. This recipe really can be modified to be as low fat or low carb as you want it. In any case.. it is MUCH healthier than the toppings off of a pizza hut pizza that you say you have been eating. Why is that a problem that I was trying to offer you a more healthy alternative that YOU can live with and not have to either feel like a glutton or be deprived. There is a healthy modified version that you can live with guilt free.. I see that as being very helpful. So there is no reason for OP to get tacky. Ami
I'm figuring out the history now. You did nothing wrong.
Moving along...

You are correct, I misread a portion of your post. I am sorry and again thank you for the information. I have since deleted my irrelevant posts.

She was completely being nice by sharing that recipe with you. She was giving you suggestions for something you could have a little of, or at least control the ingredients so that it would be helpful to you staying away from all the pizza you are eating at just over 2 months out. Bypass people can have this in moderation if you control what goes into it!

I thanked her for the recipe and asked for the nutritional facts.

Please it happens to every thread I start! One of the 20 or so DS patients will rush and post that their surgery is the best. I just don't find it relevant or helpful to this thread.
Did you post your instructions from your surgeon? Did you ask for a recipe that fits what you are to do?
No?
You ARE nuts.

I think you need to relax and reread her post. There was nothing nasty about that at all...your brought up the bacon comment...she wasn't even involved in that thread the other night. She was being helpful..There is nothing wrong with any of those pictures..the crust is made of mozzerella and spices..It has cheese, a little sauce, black olives and yes there is turkey sausage that you could replace the pork sausage with. She was giving you ideas to help you deal with your trigger foods. If you can go to a recipe like this..it will be easier for you to stay away from the pizza that you are eating that is not good for you.
this recipe is great and you should write it down
