Say No to Pizza TOPPINGS

Hey girl we all have problems with this...I use Eggys pizza But I use turkey italian meatballs and slice up.  3 are 14 gms of protein...then bruschetta sauce and sliced olives and mushrooms kind of cooked together a little.  put on a carb friendly tortilla frajita size.  Cheese on top parmesean and mozarella.  Bake at 400 for 10 minutes....another idea is the multigrain round thin bread.  My sweet DH does like pizza and this but sometimes boils over and needs the real thing.  If that happens I have one and a salad and then feel crudy.  I'm never hungry also but I know I need to eat to stay healthy.  I sure wouldn't like it if I got hungry...I'd stay away from that food because that's uncomfortable and what made you big in the first place.  Make it a NO NO food for now until you gain more control.  Its easy to tell you this but I have problems at times too!  Good Luck Patty

This pizza looks yummy to me, I love the idea of an all cheese crust I can't believe that a national chain hasn't stolen this idea.  I eat regular pizza without the fattening sausage but you could have turkey sausage if you are worried.  When I was new I made a nice calzone filling meal with ricotta, sauce and mozzarella cheese without the dough.  You can do so many things to make our food more healthy and better for us.  I am not afraid of carbs or pizza for that matter because my trigger foods are not savory they are sweet.

To the original poster, if you think the pizza is making you spaz on your eating then avoid it and always skip the pepperoni thats seriously not real food.

Thanks for posting the pizza I might even give it a whirl.

Hugs Heidi

There's a place in Chicago that does low-carb pizza with a sausage crust.  Its quite yummy!
