Card for ordering off the kids menu
While everyone is bashing "the card and it's users", I have to say that I have used my card 3 times:
1. at Sweet Tomatoes. I couldn't eat a HUGE plate of $8 lettuce and pasta and soup, bread, dessert, etc. They let me use my card and I had a very small plate of salad and a bowl of chili for $5, they still made money off of me. Lettuce doesn't cost that much.
2. Red Lobster. They let me order off the kids menu as left over fish isn't that great, in fact after WLS it's just sickening. They were more than eager to support me and kept trying to get me to take the salad and biscuits home (which I opted to not even have brought to the table)
3. A local BBQ place. They had no quams what so ever in letting me order off the kids menu, in fact the waitress said she dared anyone to say anything about me using it. I was able to get 2 ribs and beans without having to order a full half rack.
4.Olive Garden. They actually had grilled chicken on the kids menu where as they didn't have it on the regular menu without all the overly salty and high calorie/high carb cheesy sauces. Plus on the kids menu, it said I could order it with wheat pasta where it wasn't mentioned anywhere's else on the menu. In fact, I didn't have to pull out my card for this, they just let me order off the kids menu. (But I was ready with it if needed)
I say, there is nothing wrong with using the card as long as it's within reason.

Absolutely! There is nothing in the world wrong with using the card. Of course I am assuming that at buffets you offered to pay more when you ate more than one person would typically eat?
