My suggestion........... STOP buying them!!!!!!  If you feel they are an issue, keep them out of the house!!!

You are not okay at all if you are skipping a meal of protein and having animal crackers instead.  Not only are you denying your body the protein it needs - the refined carbs of the animal crackers are going to be an issue eventually (you say your addicted).....well - you are still early out - it gets harder....and such habits will have implications.   Susan

No fullness because simple carby things like this chew down to nothing, doll!

Don't let yourself go down the slope of eating those INSTEAD of protein.  And if they will be triggers, keep them out of the house.  (Simple carbs can cause cravings for more and more and can be almost impossible to resist when those cravings start.)

Eat meals of solid, dense protein and when you get to goal and have maximized your losing time, then maybe you can look forward to a few animal crackers with a nice cup of coffee as a treat!  (Not gone forever...just while you are losing the most you can, as fast as you can.)

I like them myself and not real high in sugar, I suggest you don't buy that super large tub of them at the Warehouse Store, we had one of those tubs at work and I swear it was the breeding ground of every germ in the office.

Welcome to the world of slider foods, they go down easy and look lovely on your thighs, you can probably see the outline of the animals forming.  Yeah sad but ******g true.

Enjoy.

I like them too, but you have to have some self control (ie: not eating them for a meal). if you can't control it, then throw them in the trash. i will have 3 or 4 with some peanut butter for a snack from time to time. But really you know you can't use them in the form of a meal. It will come back to bite you in the butt later.

Contrary to what the name impies, animal crackers are not really made from animals and do not contain protein. Focus on snacks with protein and skip snacks such as animal crackers. They may not be bad in moderation, but eating 20 at a time and skipping meals means you are out of control.

I was too. Step away from them. I ate those then started Teddy Grahams and graham crackers and found 10 lbs of weight back after 5 months. I am still trying to get those off.
