Thank you Dave..I was really beating myself up today about this! I dont wanna sabotage the weight loss. and My mom said its better than eating oreos or some other garbage. But I know that I'm not really supposed to be eating them..and In the future I will continue to seek advice if I feel I'm going off the deep end. And I thank you for not beating me up!
At least you cried out, let people know you were pretty sure you were having an issue. Knowing something's wrong sucks- especially when it's somehting you can eat- that tastes good. but those carbs will invite their friends and we're right back to chubby town. Your'e doing great, and coming clean here is HARD, so congrats for outing yourself, ad congrats for making the right decision. If you REALLY want a crispy snack you just need to re-think your optins, there are tasty things that are "smart" to eat.
