Sorry I confused you, no the poor thing has some kind of allergies and scratches so bad and his hair will fall out.   Prednisone is the only thing that helps him.  But, boy does it increase his appetite.   LOL

ah - that makes more sense  :)   and piggy dogs are good!   (LOL)

Yes, he's a black pug and I tell him he looks like my little pot belly pig.   LOL

I really admire people like you that will take in a not-so-perfect pet and show him the love and kindness that he never got.  My hubby and I are adopting a rescued dog who had been shot in the face at close range with a shotgun.  He's a chocolate lab pup, about 8 months.  What kind of freak would do something like that to a defenseless animal??  The police are looking for the person and I hope they find him.  Too bad eye for an eye isn't how the law works!  Anyway, he has his vision in one eye, and the vet thinks he will have vision in the affected eye.  His face is pock-marked but soooo sweet. BTW, I voted.  Wrigley is a real cutie!  

wow!  your little guy sounds like he's been through a terrible time - great for you for adopting him.  and I do hope they find the person that did that - terrible!!
