I read Lizzie's story before she deactivated. It was interesting.

Interesting?  Seriously?  She could die, I don't find it interesting I find it very sad and I hate Schlesinger for the butcher jobs he does.

If you choose Dr. Schlesinger, lemme know so I can go out and dig a hole.

Umm thanks. I would have to think digging a hole would be hard for me if I am dead so thanks for the help.
Did YOU use Dr. S for a DS?

I wish I would have found this forum before I had my surgery. Like I said, I grew up believing and trusting in doctors. I was so naive. In my situation, my body was telling me that something was seriously wrong. When I expressed these concerns to Dr Schlesinger, he treated me like a hypochondriac. He was very disparaging to say the least and his condescension led me to restrain my gut feeling (no pun intended) that something WAS seriously wrong. His ignorance and neglect brought me down a road that could have been avoided. I keep replaying over and over in my head how I wish I would have been more persistent. This week marks the one year anniversary that I was put on a feeding tube for almost 3 months. Last Christmas, I was thanking God that it was only a feeding tube and I was still alive. Thankfully through many prayers, I am finally beginning to heal one year later.   Since I have been posting, I have heard from many patients of Dr Schlesinger who have had similar experiences. I encourage everyone who believes they have not received proper care and treatment to start by filing complaints with their state medical board. I, myself am guilty of procrastination. I will make sure that my complaint is officially filled this month.

Can you advise on the outcome of your surgery.  Did you go ahead and were you successful.  I hope.
