How about some Texas Roadhouse?

On the Rattlesnake Bites, he didn't say 76 calories total - that's just the calories from fat. You have to add up all 3 (fat, carbs, and protein) for the total.

His Dallas Fillet seems to line up perfectly with yours.

The only possible error I see is the fries.

Just FYI, I've found that the nutrition information for restaurants on The Daily Plate can be wildly incorrect.

Not sure where Kerry got his information either, since it looks like the restaurant itself is one that does not list nutritional information on their site.

OK that's interesting. I just assumed those were correct.

I did too, and then recently I happened to look up some Olive Garden info on The Daily Plate and it was way different than what was on Olive Garden's website.

After that experience, I always try to verify my nutritional information from two websites. Unfortunately, with how secretive some restaurants are, it's not always possible!

I used Daily Plate information to get the Fat, Carbs and Protein; then I multiply the grams of each by 9 for fat, and 4 for carbs and protein. Using that formula, is where the calories for each came from. Looks like I have a type on the carbs for steak fries in the normal / unaltered side; it should be 36, not 26.

If you can find some better information, I would be happy to make any corrections needed.

Maybe it's the portion that he ate...?  Anyway, that sounds YUMMY!  Can't wait to be cleared for beef again. I've been craving a steak that says MOOOO,

He specifies the portions. That's why I don't get the discrepancies. If people are relying on this info,  he needs to get it straight. The nutrtional info on their site is really clear.

Oh that is a saweeeet report.  Since I can only have a few nibbles, I think I could get in and out with out too much harm.  The only thing I never liked about Texas Roadhouse was SWEET butter on the rolls or the rolls were sweet for some reason.  other than that, fun experience!

I tried texas roadhouse and saw to my dismay that they used this one spice on everything that they serve and it gagged me!  Same with Ruby Tuesday. Cannot stand that taste. But let me loose in an Outback and I am in deep doo doo but I only have a small chunk of prime rib and a little bit of mashed potatoes and broccolli and thats a long way from my own prime rib whole serving of mashies and broccolli and aussie fries with the ranch dressing and long island ice teas no wonder I had to do wls huh? If its a choice between texas roadhouse, longhorn, carabass or outback the outback wins every time!  But I do it right.
