Yes the list is long does anyone have any ideas as far as what to take for cramps form your period?

Surgeon took me off mobic before surgery because it is an NSAID after surgery started having pain in shoulder again and he said the only way he could me back on any NSAID was if he also put me on a strong stomach pill like nexium or protonix(?spelling) they prescribed tramadol to try instead and it seems to be helping..I would be careful with the NSAIDs they say they can cause ulcers in our small pouches..

For the Cramps I just drink warm Aloe and that really seems 2 help me alot
