Breakfast???
I get up at about 5:15am as it is! LoL And am usually in bed by 8..Or 9 at the latest. Thank you for all of the ideas everyone...Will be trying some of them! And unfortunetly...We dont get breaks...But we get a paid 45 minute lunch (which is because we are still technically working..feeding clients, getting their lunches set up, etc..) But once is said and done...that usually leaves me with about 25 minutes or so to eat...But I'm not as concerned about lunch as I am breakfast...So I think its just going to take some time to get used to with being back at work.

Just in general you need to rethink breakfast. This is not your mother's ham, eggs, and toast meal anymore. Some ideas...in no special order; Several days old Wendy's Chili (add your own cheese), different types of plain nuts (almonds, walnuts, dry roasted peanuts), make a crock pot (vegetables, lean beef or chicken, seasonings)...use it over several days or weeks (I freeze 3/4 of my pot for later), protein bar in the car, beef or turkey jerkey (can be kept in the car too), Healthy Choice Lemon Fish dinner (avoid the dessert). Enjoy...
Took the words right out of my mouth! I have started eating meat in the morning. I keep little bags of boiled chicken (2 oz) in the fridge. I grab one on my way out the door and nosh on it while I drive in. Very filling and a good protein source to boot.
I have had to change my mindset regarding what breakfast should be.
But in a pinch, I stick with a protein drink. Quick, easy and painless.
edited to add: I also made some of the protein peanut butter balls (recipe found here on the board). They are indiv bagged and on the top shelf of the fridge. I grab one of those if the chicken does not appeal to me.

My current favorite breakfast is a toasted Kashi frozen waffle, cut in half and made into a peanut butter sandwich with LOTS of my fave peanut butter, eaten in the car on the way to work with a protein shake afterward. Goes down easy, very filling, very satisfying. It is on the higher end of carbs (14 or so I think for one), but they're good complex ones and the protein from the peanut butter adds up. I'm still low-carbing it, so I don't have this more often than 2-3 times a week. SO GOOD!!!
I would make a protein shake or protein chai tea and drink it on the way to work.
Another thing I do is on the weekend I make a crustless quiche and I just warm up a piece in the morning before leaving for work. you would have to get up earlier but it is already made and you would just need to heat and eat it.
