Post Op procedure to tighten the stoma going into stomach after RNY>?
When these procedures - they are all similar - first came around, there was a lot of talk about them on the revision board. A fair number of people got them done, self-pay, or course. It didn't work for anyone that I even saw posting even short term, let alone long term. And last I knew, the going rate was $10,000 (I did see someone say $9,000 once).
If you have regained a significant amount of weight, or never lost enough to get out of the MO classification, save your pennies for a surgical revision, or see what your insurance covers. It's more to go through than an endoscopic procedure, but there is no point in having any procedure that doesn't work.
