Give yourself a carb blow out day to increase glycogen reserves, then go back to low carb, and drink a lot of water.

Sure. Have a day where you eat naughty stuff. Eat high carb - breads, a donut, etc. Don't overdo sugar, especially if you're an RNY and prone to dumping syndrome.  The trick is to make the body think that the fasting is over and it can let go of the water that it's holding, which is causing you to think you're stalling.

Another way to do it is a high calorie, high fat day. I did that. I made sugar free pudding using cream, and ate it all over the course of a day. I had been on a 6 week stall and right after that I started losing again.

A old trick from an old timer...Hard physical work.  For some reason that would release the weight like nothing else.  Cleaning the car, working the garden, cleaning places you haven't touched for in years.  I really don't know why, but that one would break the stalls like nothing else...  Brian
