First of all, I DO keep kosher all the time and find kosher protein food is not a big deal, for example you can buy it from KAY  NATURAL. and second of all I didnt ask about your opinion about myself. I simply asked about the information. Thanks anyway.

Dairy products are kosher as long as you don't serve them with meat, aren't they?  I mean, any gallon of milk from the grocery store is kosher, right?  I may be confused about this.  But most protein shakes are made from either whey or soy, and if you mix them with milk, it should be kosher, if I understand kosher correctly.

It really suprises me sometimes how judgmental people are on this web site . DO you even know what kosher for passover even means? I think not because, if you did you would know that it is completely different than just Kosher! It is a time in Judaism were you can not have normal Kosher foods It has to be different!!!!!! Know more Judge Less!!!

As I am writing from Israel, you don't state where in the USA you are.
Protein piowder should be w/ chametz (no cookies and cream!).
As for soy protein powder, ask your Rav.
He might even say you can eat kitniyot/legumes and wait only an hour between meat and dairy.
Protein foods kosher for Passover; eggs, cheeses and canned products with hechsher.
I hold by Sefaric custom to make it easier on myself.

Thank you so much. After I read your post about kosher food, I read  some  other posts and espessialy about DS. I wish I've read it before. I had gastric by-pass 4.5 months ago. So far Im doing pretty good. But im very scared about KEEPING my weight latter.
Thanks again. Natalia
