Celebrate vs. Bariatric Advantage?

I'm still a couple weeks pre-op (sleeve) and am trying to figure out which supplements I should order.  I have samples from both Celebrate and Bariatric Advantage.  To all the vitamin experts out there, do you recommend one brand over the other?  I'm taste testing the samples, and I may end up choosing based on taste.  With that being said, I don't want to shortchange myself by choosing taste over quality, i.e. what my body needs post-op.

I'm also in a conundrum about which supplements I actually need.  My surgeon's office pushes BA's products and they have set up an e-store with specific "kits" for each type of surgery.  In the sleeve kit, they include 60 mg chewable iron, sublingual B-12, a chewable multi-vitamin, 400 mg calcium citrate + vitamin D lozenges and 100 mg vitamin B-1.  When I go to the order builder on Celebrate, they only recommend the multi-vitamin, the calcium PLUS chewable and the iron+C 30 mg chewable.  Are the extra B vitamins in BA's kit that essential?  Is Celebrate's recommendation inclusive enough?

Sorry for all the questions, but this is clearly something I know very little about.  Any feedback is greatly appreciated!

Thanks!

With a sleeve -- I would say it's really up to you and your final TASTE preference.

Either brand will be fine for you.

As far as what you need, the ASMBS just says you need a multi and 1500 mg calcium citrate after VSG, unless your labs indicate you need more.  The ASMBS doesn't even say you need iron, I don't think.
