I'll bet you can eat them just fine. I used to have RNY and I could have eaten them no problem, they're very moist and tender and I can't imagine how anything in them could make you dump.

They're frozen so that's where you'll find them in Costco. Inside the package they're packed two patties to a shrink wrap.

These sound so good, but we don't have a Costco any where near us. Do you know of any other store you can buy them from? Or even a website I could order them from. Thanks!! Grandma64

I dunno where else you could get them, I just stumbled on them in the frozen food section at Costco and decided to give them a try.

I think AMYLU is a pretty big company and they make a bunch of different chicken products, so I wouldn't be surprised to find them at other stores too. But I really don't know where else you would find them.
