I just tried it at Costco and it tasted great....she gave me a breakdown sheet to compare to other energy drinks. Tell me what you think...have any of your tried them?

Is the drink carbonated? I wondered because it has the word "Fizz" in the name. If it's carbonated you might want to check with your surgeon and see if that's okay. Some surgeons recommend against that.
Healthwise, it looks full of vitamins and other good things.

It does have a little fiz which is ok...its not as much as a soda, but I drink 1 or 2 diet sodas during the week...I just put it in a cup with lots of ice.

Well, you'll def. get some of the B12 simply based on the sheer amount. The question is the other stuff. Nowhere on their site does it list the actual ingredients (ie is it magnesium citrate or magnesium oxide?) so I can't tell you how bioavailable each individual ingredient is beyond that.
So I'll say probably some, but maybe not all.
