Chicken FINALLY goes down! But when will eggs?

It took almost a year before I could eat an egg, and then it had to be overmedium so the yolk was very runny.

You're really not missing much, I promise!

I can do poached or hard boiled eggs.  Scrambled hate me!!

I still have a lot of trouble with both eggs and chicken. I can't do scrambled eggs for sure. i keep trying because they are such a good source of protein. Julie
