Vitamin D3 - softgels?

I just bought D3 softgels from Walmart. Will I absorb these, they look like they are in oil of some kind or did I completely waste my money?

You won't absorb them well because you malabsorb fats. You'll afford some but not a lot.

Dry D3-- not in softgels. I did the softgell script 50K IU for 24 weeks. My D levels only increased from an 8 to a 14. I get my dry D3 at vitalady.com DAVE

Yes, you wasted your money. Like MM said, you need Dry D3 from BioTech - you can get it at vitalady.com called D3-50
