Centrum Silver vs. Flintstones Complete
Hi Cindy,
I started out after my RNY with Flintstone's complete vitamins but after a year or maybe a little more I changed to Centrum with Iron. I have never had bad labs as far as anything goes other than my iron being a little low last year ( which we corrected with massive iron doses for 3 months ). Good luck on your decision.

GOD GRANT ME THE SERENITY TO ACCEPT THE THINGS I CAN NOT CHANGE; COURAGE TO CHANGE THE THINGS THAT I CAN; AND THE WISDOM TO KNOW THE DIFFERENCE !!!! THIS IS MY DAILY PRAYER.

Flinstones are for children. Be a grown-up.
Go with the Centrum. Flintstones do not have what you need - not even if you take two a day. Note that the Centrum Silver has no iron, which is not a problem. Many good multis don't have iron. You just take iron at a later time, away from your calcium.
If you don't like chewables, many people are able to swallow pills right after surgery with no problem. Celebrate also makes a product called ENS which is a powder you mix with water. I think it tastes like Koolaid. They will send you a free sample if you email them and ask.
