Decaf coffee and Vitamin K...

I know I may only get 1 or 2 responses...But for those of you *****ally know...Can you tell me if the Vitamin K in coffee gets reduced (screened out) when the coffee gets decaffinated??  How do you know??  Thanks...

Well.  From what I know, and the resources I've checked - no.

Regular brewed coffee only has 0.2 mcg in 8oz, either leaded or unleaded.
Crystals (ie instant) has none.

So if the 0.2 mcg is too much (which it's TINY compared to some things like pickles?) then switch to instant and you should be golden.

Vitamin K supplements are very inexpensive.  Check out PURITAN PRIDE vitamins. They usually have sales--but 2 and get 3 free.  Very small pill too, about 1/8 inch in diameter. DAVE
