carbquik vs atkins all purpose baking mix

Does anyone use Carbquik and Atkins all purpose baking mix and what is your expirience with these products in term of taste and usefullness. I've used Carbquik. It is not bad, but has some strange aftertaste. I 've never used Atkins and want to know what do you think about it.

Atkins bake mix has a strong soy flavor....at least I think so.  I like carbquik.  It does have a bit of an after taste, but it's not too strong.

I have tried both. I prefer Carbquik by a long shot. I think Atkins has a very strong soy taste with a bit of a bitter aftertaste - but it seems like you need to add a lot of "moisture" to keep your stuff from being too dry (either butter or applesauce or an extra egg). I usually have carbquik pancakes or waffles every weekend. Here are some recipes:
