Seriously I NEED a good push up bra!  My 2 year anniversary is in Feb (I have lost 100 pounds) and with each  month my boobs hang lower and lower.  Sorry for the "details" but I am sure I am not the only one with this problem-ha!  So who has a good bra suggestion.  I have tried on several and have not found one I like and pushes the girls up.  I even went for a "fitting" at Macys and they still hang-ha.  I have had 2 back surgeries since my weight loss surgery so another surgery is out of the question although I would love a boob lift.  Thanks all for the help!!!  Much appreciated.

I am one year post op and nearly 130 pounds lighter, so I just got me these new bras at Victorias Secret, the Miraculous bra, seriously it is a  miracle, it lifts and makes you look cup sizes larger, dont know if you want or need that, but I def did, its amazing! they are very expensive for bras, but they are on sale buy one get one 50% off right now. GREAT investment!
Hope this helps!

I bought one from Victoria's Secret.  I had them measure me, but found that I needed one size bigger band than she thought, otherwise the excess skin on the sides/ under my arms really smooshed around the band in a most unattractive fashion.  I tried on virtually every bra in the shop, made 2 piles -  "heck no!" & "possibly".  I then retried all the possible ones & selected the one that I liked the best.  It was a long process, but they have a lot of really supportive push up bras that are well-made & not all "grandmaish" looking.

I haven't gone that far with buying one after being measured but, I found some playtex bra's that fix so good, underwire and they hold me great. Boy I miss my breast though went down 2 cup sizes after losing over 150 lbs. Good luck.

Thanks ladies for the ideas.  I could never find a bra to fit me in victoria secret before, they didn't make a 42" around ha!  When I was measured at Macy's I actually went up in cup size (triple D - NO WAY) but down in band size.  I HATE bra shopping, did before and still do but I will check out Victoria Secret.  I always paid a lot of money for my bras - those were the only ones to hold the girls ha.  So that doesn't bother me, as long as they do the trick!!

Victoria's Secret is the way to go. Just walk up to the fitting room attendant, she will measure you and tell you about the difference in the bra. The miracle one will push you up and go up two sizes. I felt like a fraud in it, so went the size down from that. Can't remember the name but it is the most comfortable bra and makes me look stacked. lol. sorry if tmi.

I got my bra from Ashley Stewart's. It's called the butterfly series and it has two bands and there wide enough to cover the flab. If you don't have one locally, look online. They're awesome. I'm actually hoping I don't go down anymore, so that I can keep wearing them.

I am still large breasted (34G) though they sag BAD!  I use the Oprah-recommended Tisha.  It really puts the girls where they belong!  Get a professional fitting, though.  It really does make a difference.

Years and years and some more years ago I was a certified bra fitter.  I will be honest and tell you that I forgot most of when I knew about the topic from way back when.

What I do remember is this, a front hook bra works wonders.  It separates the girls in the exact right way.  I have a bra that is a fav and I need to go get some more of them.  It has a liquidy gel stuff in the bottom of the cup.  It could not be more fantastic.  It lifts, looks natural, and the front hook gets rid of the 'bunched up sag' we seem to have.

The band got me to goal, the sleeve will keep me there.

Hi Sue

You'll prolly need to go out and try on a few.  I am now about 3.5 years out now and I havne't had any plastics yet.....YET!   My Favorite bra is a Felina. I get a little bigger cup size than I need and put pads inside of it. The pads come in A/B and C/D. I got them all at Macy*s.  I also use 'Flexies' they are like little camisols that smooth out my tummy. For me they make a huge difference. I've actually had people who know I've had the surgery ask if I had a boob job and a tummy tuck.  Flexies make pants like Spanx also that help smooth out for certain pants you might want to wear.  I will eventually have plastics done, till then, I've got my "prostheses: ^_^*

I have had a fitting also, but honestly I am not looking for a bra to fit 'correctly, I am looking for one that makes me look Bigger, so I just try on. Be sure to put your shirt on over it to see how it looks. Sometimes they look great with out your clothes on then not so good with them on, and vice-versa.

Be Well
