I don't think it has whey or isolate protein in it.

I looked at the nutritional facts and ingredients and it says it has both!

Like those protein shots, they contain mostly collagen protein, which is an incomplete protein so you won't absorb much of it.

I haven't tried them, but I'm guessing, as with most things made like that (protein bullets and whatnot) they probably taste very much like I'm guessing ass tastes like. BLECH

Wanna know why they taste like ass? 'Cause the collagen is made from boiled horse and cow skin.
