Brussel sprout?!!!!

Betcha it was probably the chicken that blocked the opening keeping the sprouts from passing through too. I love brussels sprouts!! They're awesome sauteed with bacon, onion, raisins and a little apple. Try them without the chicken next time and see how you fare. Good luck!

My one and only dumping incident came from a cream soup or a piece of ham.  The cream soup had alot of butter.  I've never handle creams soups well post WLS.  Just wondering if it was the Kiev??  PS  I love brussel sprouts.  I have them for breakfast (one or two) many days.

I love Brussels sprouts.  Neither they, nor the little bit of butter I steam them in have bothered me at all.  Sorry you had a bad experience with them.

Well I don't know what it was that made you sick, but I can tell you that that football game last night made me want to puke.

I was almost in tears at the end of it.....................

I was so upset that i couldn't sleep all night, well that and the fact that I ate too fast and wasn'****ching what i was doing because i WAS WATCHING THE DAMN FOOTBALL GAME.....

Oh the pain the pain.....
There's always next year.
