I meant the owner of the business, although if she knows the owner of the puppy involved I'd tell them, too.

I am with you on that yup but would never take my dog back. I am sure you can google dog groomers and see if there are reviews.

Had I seen that as I walked in with my dog I would've turned right back around and left.  And tell them exactly why I was leaving as the door was closing behind me.  I agree that if that girl is doing that IN FRONT of a client what is she doing that you cannot see?  Too scary to find out.

OMG!  The thought that someone PAID to have their pet treated like that - it's just wrong.  I would insist the owner of the abused pup was told and given a refund.

Can you imagine finding out that this happened to your pup while you were away?!? They should be groveling at that owners feet.

The fact that this groomer did this in front of a pet owner tells me the atmosphere likely supports that this behavior is accepted, especially since she laughed rather than said something like..."Gosh, iIm so sorry, I shouldn't have done that. I just lost it for a minute.  I think I need to take a break."

Fuzzy Butt is part husky and part sheltie so he absolutely needs grooming. When I was in Kuwait I was with him the whole time during grooming. I've only been back in the US 2 weeks so I haven't found anyone for grooming here yet. This terrifies me. I don't want to leave Fuzzy Butt with anyone who might even remotely hurt my baby.

Good for you for standing up for this animal who was defenseless.

Wow, I cannot believe someone that works with animals would do that.  To me, the only solution would be to put her in the crate, kick repeatedly, laugh, then let her out and fire her on the spot.  That just might be true justice.  I would not go back unless I knew for sure she was fired.
