Need some De-Carbing suggestions....
I had to give up smoking, my arthritis medicine, and carbs!!!! But I knew from previous diets that carbs don't like me, so I have just been strong. I Will occasionally eat brown rice, wheat crackers, and wheat sandwich rounds. Other than that if I can, I eat lean meat and veggies with no carbs. I also have been drinking 64+ oz of water a day. I did this for a mth so far and lost 12 lbs. I am usually a skip breakfast, sometimes even lunch, and then big dinner and snacking person. This past mth has not been easy, but well worth it. I use to always ask my doctor "How can an Italian give up pasta?" but If I have it now, it is wheat pasta.
