That chick scares the crapp outta me.

She was "trolling" according to her own admission so she wasnt serious. Of course there ARE people like that which is why its hard to spot one who is just kidding! She had me 100% fooled and I really thought she was one of the people *****ally thought like that.

The sad thing is, I KNOW people like this. And I firmly believe all those nutcases who were posting the "Remember Pearl Harbor" **** were perfectly serious.

I once had a history professor who believed we could survive a full-tilt-boogie nuclear war because God was on our side.

Scary aint it??  You just cant satirize stuff if you cant OUT crazy it! LOL!

I also have known people like that and they are NOT kidding.....thats why I fully believed that chick was serious...so many ARE. 

That chick made a video explaining she was making troll videos on you tube and she outed herself because that one upset so many people I will have to get CP to give me the link for that....I am too lazy to look for it atm.

Similar to Murphy's Law, Poe's Law concerns internet debates, particularly regarding religion or politics.

In other words, No matter how bizzare, outrageous, or just plain idiotic a parody of a Fundamentalist may seem, there will always be someone who cannot tell that it is a parody, having seen similar REAL ideas from real religious/political Fundamentalists.
  The following is an actual Internet post to Biblically defend a flat Earth:

"All I was saying was that either the earth is flat, and the bible is correct, or the earth is round, and the bible is incorect, i'm going to study the issue more and deside for myself which route I want to take. Either Atheist evolutionist, who agrees with all of mainstream sciences, or flat earth litteral bible believer.
I'm leaning toward being an atheist, because if I can't believe the bible to be completly litteraly true, then I can't believe Jesus when he speaks about heaven, etc..
That would make the moon landing a fake, and pretty much all of modern science false..."

 Wow, this was an interesting post.  I have heard lots of talk since the earthquake in Japan.  Some say the end of the world in in 2012.  I can't say I believe in any of it, it all seems kinda far fetched.

Prominent Tea Partier: Whites Are Going Extinct

The Tennessee-based conservative group Tea Party Nation is most famous for planning the 2010 Tea Party convention in Nashville, at which Sarah Palin was caught reading off her hand. But since then, the for-profit organization has more or less fallen flat. A second planned convention was cancelled for lack of interest, and its leader, Judson Phillips, has been spurned by his fellow conservative activists. But even as his standing continues to slide, Phillips is ratcheting up his rhetoric. In recent months, for instance, he's called for voting rights to be granted only to people who own property, and stated that he has "a real problem with Islam."

Now, the Phillips group wants to raise awareness about a potentially existential threat to the United States: White people are going extinct. Via Right Wing Watch, here's an email sent out by Tea Party Nation today:

Child bearing has become something distasteful to many women, an unwanted and painful experience to be avoided rather than embraced.

All of these programs, ideals and ideologies are doing one thing and one thing only - reducing America core TFR [total fertility rate] to the point of no return. The White Anglo-Saxon Protestant (WASP) population in America is headed for extinction and with it our economy, well-being and survival as a uniquely America culture.

This county is dying not because it is aging, it is dying because of infertility as public policy.

A year ago, Tea Party Express leader Mark Williams was forced to step down from his position after writing a racist letter to the NAACP, as part of a somewhat misguided attempt to prove he wasn't a racist. Phillips probably won't fire himself, but he's certainly not making his path back to relevance any easier.

 

The Party Of Old White Men

For a party that claims to be increasing the size of their tent, the party elders seem hell bent on keeping it the size of a teepee. Case in point, Newt Gingrich:

Citing a recent Forbes article by Dinesh D'Souza, former House speaker Newt Gingrich tells National Review Online that President Obama may follow a "Kenyan, anti-colonial" worldview.

Gingrich says that D'Souza has made a "stunning insight" into Obama's behavior -- the "most profound insight I have read in the last six years about Barack Obama."

"What if [Obama] is so outside our comprehension, that only if you understand Kenyan, anti-colonial behavior, can you begin to piece together [his actions]?" Gingrich asks. "That is the most accurate, predictive model for his behavior."

"This is a person who is fundamentally out of touch with how the world works, who happened to have played a wonderful con, as a result of which he is now president," Gingrich tells us.

"I think he worked very hard at being a person who is normal, reasonable, moderate, bipartisan, transparent, accommodating -- none of which was true," Gingrich continues. "In the Alinksy tradition, he was being the person he needed to be in order to achieve the position he needed to achieve . . . He was authentically dishonest."

It’s not just the strong racism present in this interview, but its also the fact that Newt has decided to go full birther.

Having a major political party in the U.S., where it’s leaders not only embrace the wildest of conspiracy theories, but also try to echo them, is a very dangerous situation. It’s a danger not only for the GOP, but America as a whole. On the other hand, stock prices for aluminum foil are flying through the roof.
