You may regret THIS one. The longest post I've ever written. Seven years of regret?

Thank you.  I'm trying.  It hasn't been easy.  Frankly, right now sort of sucks.  But, we do what we have to, right?

Great Post! For your information Lil Debbies are manufactured in a plant in east TN. I have driven by it several times going on vacations. I really don't know how they sell them so cheap, in TN they are from 1.00 to 1.89. They are probably so cheap cause there is no "real food in them" chemicals and puff of air. I would love for someone to just use the name for their product according to what was in them. I am supposed to eat Walton's Farms dressings for my next phase, Has anyone read the ingredients?!!!
Wood pulp!!! Now what the heck is that in salad dressing? Oh brother.

Cellulose is in EVERYTHING. Most diet products contain it. All fast food chains use it in one form or another. It's creepy.
Pretty pretty please, don't you ever ever feel like you're less than f*ckin' perfect.
Pink!

Thank you for taking the time and effort to post this as I read every word and believe you have done a remarkable job of enlightening anyone who takes the time to read this.

I just wish everyone considering WLS would read this.  If for no other reason, but to gain an understanding of the good, the bad, and the ugly of what may happen with WLS...

I have been fortunate ion that, to date, I have had no problems whatsoever; however, I also live with the knowledge that this could be a temporary thing as I could just as easily develop a problem at any given time...

Do I regret my decision, not for one second; however, I do now wonder how I will be answering that same question in 10 years.  You have certainly given me a lot of food for thought...

 Go. figure.

That's the ANTITHESIS. of what others say, that I am so negative that I must be countered with "positive stories."  LOL.
