Oh that one BUGS me.... or the people who have lost 40% of their excess weight in three weeks and are moaning about being a slow loser.

I want to kick them in their shins.

The ones that claim that your pyloric valve intact will prevent you from having RH or dumping.

I swear I want to take a baseball bat to them.

I'm selfish, impatient, and a little insecure. I make mistakes. I am out of control and at times hard to handle, but if you can't handle me at my worst...then you sure as hell don't deserve me at my best.     ---Marilyn Monroe

RH if it WAS avoidable by an intact Pyloric valve, is a HUGE thing.... I'm having a BAD WEEK with RH and it really is ..... to understate things immensely.... the PITS

Any of the threads from people purporting to be experts and spewing false information drives me bonkers

Now, seriously---has anyone here claimed that an intact pylorus will PREVENT RH or dumping? I doubt it, because even people who've never had any sort of WLS sometimes have these issues. I do see threads that inform pre-ops that LOSING their pylorus iincreases their chances of developing those conditions---but that's a far cry from what you're saying.

Hit my latest posts buttons to find my responses to them. You might have to dig..I'm too lazy to post the links but they are there.  Especially the ones from couched potato who is now blocked cuz he got pissed for me correcting him right before his revision.

Okay, I take it back---Yehuda probably did say something that stupid, bless his heart. (*grin*) He'll probably be okay when he grows up.

Now Now, there's no use in resorting to physical violence over an informational thread.  I think your point of view is important to the conversation, that is why I don't block you and pretend you don't  exist.  But I would ask that you leave baseball bats out of the equation.  thx   ~GG

Here's the link for all of those interested in learning about pyloric function!

LOL. Your thread was not obnoxious like a certain someone else.  You are willing to hear other POVs and give credence to them.  No baseball bat for you.
