Have to share!!!
Good morning!!! and Happy Mother's Day to all out there!!!
I just want to share that since I am back on program... this past week I am on the weight loss wagon again.... lost 4 lbs!!!!!! I am so psyched and motivated now...
This a.m. I prepared bacon for hubby but I am tempted to have a protein shake... not reallly feeling like eating eggs this a.m. I just had a bite of a bacon slice and that's it.
My momemtum is back!!!!!! I am going to do this.. I am going to knock off these 80 lbs that I want to lose... I want to make it a total of 200 lbs lost!!!! (even if it might have taken me longer than I should or thought).
Have a great day!!!

Hope you are having a WONDERFUL Mothers Day Maria.

Thank you... I am very motivated to keep going..
datorres... I am just following what I should be following all along per my dietary instructions from 6 months post op until goal weight. Somehow I got derailed but I am back on track.
Basically eating my lean proteins, veggies/fruit and limiting carbs to complex carbs if I have any to once a day. Drinking my 80 oz of water (includes, coffee, milk, hot tea, sf jello, protein shakes). NO sugar no chips no junk food.. no snacking either. I haven't gone back to exercising because of my back issue lately but this week plan to start slow but consistently.
