Just wanted to come here for a bit and report that I am still on program.

Yesterday I didn't drink all the 80 oz of water (more like 50 oz) but today that is my challenge.
I have been eating fish and veggies for lunch all week.  I had tilapia Monday and yesterday but today I changed it to baked red snapper and will have baby carrots (if I can eat it).  Protein first.
It's amazing to feel in control and to not give in into old habits.

Today I walked a mile with hubby and puppies.  My back is better but my chiropractor still has me on limited workout.

At least I can have control over what I eat and drink.

Hoping I can lose a couple of lbs this week...

Glad to hear you are doing better. Make sure you cook those carrots though, several people have posted about getting "STUCK" with raw carrots. Keep up the good work. Suffering with lower back pain myself today. Gotta get up and MOVE TODAY hard some days.

Good job!   You can do this.  Also, my only suggestion would be to be sure you change up the protein now and then so you don't get bored with it.  Also add flavor for the same reason.  Have a great day.  Elena
