Great reminder Ginger ....I LIKE!!!!
Exercise is good for the body and for the mind indeed even if it means moving in place if one is not able to do any better. I run every morning and two of my running partners are a retired cardiologist in his 80s and his lovely wife in her 70s they can run longer and faster than I can and never had weight loss surgery or weight related problems because they have always incorporated healthy nutrition and exercise ... I just love them and have learned tons of stuff from them... The other runners are all fit people who have been running for the longest time and the only one who has had WLS is me ... and I am just glad that I am able to run and to move whereas my mobility was once inpaired....

That is awesome!!! Since I had the surgery 10 years ago I feel like I "Live Life" not jus****ch it go by!!!
