So, Ive been trying to get these 32 lbs off for the last 3 months. WELLL, I finally made it, and then some. But my love for David Sunflower seeds has sabotaged my potassium levels. Ive been addicted for over a month now. Im happy to say Im Seed free and met with my case manager today in Richmond Ca (Kaiser) and recieved a June 6th date for my gastric sleeve.. Im so nervous, I thought Id have a good 6 to 8 weeks to process this info, however I have 26 days. Did my pre op blood work and Potassium level are back to normal. Just thought Id share.. Have a great night!!

I did kick it, and picked up a new healthier habbit. Jogging/ Speed walking. I do 3 miles a night and jogg 1, I anticipate it every single day. Got on the scale today and lost a whopping 10 lbs in one week. My case manager drilled me hard. She wanted to know every single bit of food I ate this week,It was like a serious interrogation. Kaiser (northern) is serious about their Nutrition. Thats probably why their process is so smooth and quick. lol.

My gosh, me too.....but I prefer his pumpkin seeds. They're a little bigger!

Is the potassium problems related to the saltiness of the seeds?
