Happy Wednesday
Good morning to all!!! Haven't been here in the posts for several days (maybe week) but wanted to say that I did great the first week I got back on the wagon with eating my protein and fiber food...lost 4 lbs that week which I came to report then. Now I went up again....but because I trail off again....
BUT I am not giving up.. I have been back on track this week... I have been eating my protein and fiber but have been terrible with drinking water..... exercise I am limited to what I can do.
Last night I went to bed late and with the best intentions of getting up earlier at 6am to do some weight training and next time I opened my eyes was 7a.m. However, today is a beautiful day and when I get home I want to go for a bike ride since the sunset is later now... thank God!!!!!
I did marinate chicken this a.m. to make some healthy chicken fajitas tonight.
I am drinking my water today....80 oz of it.
