Hello... yesterday it was good... I rode 6 miles on my bike at the bike trail. It felt great however I do feel it on my lower back this a.m. I have to take it easy on exercise because my back still not 100%.

Hello, Glad to hear you had a good day yesterday. All you can do is take it a day at a time and keep your eye on the prize. For me, the "Prize" is good health - no blood pressure meds and joints not so sore, easier to move. Try to get some walking in, flexible shoes with a slight heal will be less abusive on your back as well as your joints. Keep up the positive attitude and have a great day today too. Elena
