Free Plastic Surgery Consultations at Seattle event!

 Oooooh now this might just be a must. Can you hint on the dates. I have to plan waaaaaaay in advance at work for something like this.

Has OH done an event in Canada? Toronto would be great and close enough for those in Ottawa, Windsor and northern Ontario to drive. There are a bunch of us doing a 'road trip' to Long Island, but it is quite a distance.

Yes! There are TONS of people on the Ontario forum who would attend in Toronto in a heartbeat! Especially since the WLS is funded by our healthcare system - it's a huge program here :)

 I too  would love to attend an event do you know if they are going to have any in Ca. or Nevada 
anytime in 2012

Thanks for asking! We'll be looking at 2012 in mid July, and we will hopefully be able to post soon after that time.  We do have a cruise on March 12, 2012 locked in, 5 nights out of Ft. Lauderdale.  We're waiting on Royal Caribbean to set up a website and promotional materials for us!

 I am 11 years post sussessful WLS and finally have my family raised now and can go forward with having my plastic surgery I've wanted for SO long. I want to find a plastic surgeon that does the total body lift and that will work with me in getting insurance approval. I have already spoken to my insurance and to my primary care dr and have all my ducks in a role to get insurance approval. Insurance approval for my wls was not a huge battle since my bmi was 73 back then but even so, was tough finding a doctor that would even work with me to ask for it.  Now I'm facing same problem with plastic surgery. I've had 2 consultations but they both want me to write them a check for 50,000 and then me wait and see what the insurance will pay. With my insurance teling me I'm as good as preapproved, I can't sign off on that yet so I'm wondering if anyone here has a referral for a plastic surgeon that does the total body lift procedure AND will be on my team working to get insurance approval. 

GGGeeesssz I read this wrong, thought it said 'free plastic surgery' lol, DAm I need underarm plastic surgery desperately, ..you are talking about the consultation is free..Right?! well i would like to attend and O H event near Omaha NE. anything in the future here too? Peace, Wendy

Just be careful who you pick. Not everyone has been happy with plastic surgery choices. There's a lot of great work out there, and a lot of great docs, so read the plastic surgery forum.
