Can you describe an normal meal that would make you tired?  I've found that when I eat a meal higher in carbs I get sleepy.

It is more pronouced the higher the carb content.  Had tuna and cottage cheese for lunch and it wasn't as bad.  I really need to keep a food diary to see trends.
