Just wait until you're overweight. I think guys can be giddy, but if not you'll feel an equivalent emotion. I can't imagine lifting 190 pounds , yet I did every time I stood up when I was SMO. Rock on!

Just wanted to say: You done good!!!! Congratulations to you! Keep up the great job! You've lost 3 people (100# each) wow!!! Doesn't it feel great??? I just bet you are moving a whole lot better, too! I can't wait to be just obese myself!! (a little ways to go for me but I'm gonna get there!!!) Great job ! You can be so proud of you!!!
