Since I filed for divorce, I can't believe how much exercise I get trying to keep everything done around the house by myself!!! I have to take care of the yard car ,house animals, etc. I can't belive how much more I'm moving around. I've lost 10 lbs. already. Maybe everybody should throw there spouses out

Shopping is a great way to lose the pounds of ground round too.

I got up at 5am (woke up at 4:30 and could not get back to sleep).

I took the dog for 45 minutes of 'run/walk' -- she got to run off of her leash and serve as an alarm clock for the bunnies!

In the afternoon, I rode my bike to the gym, did 35 minutes on the elliptical and 10 minutes on the stair climber -- then rode back home/

Later in the evening, I took the dog for her 30 minute evening walk.

It was a good exercise day!!   I am so thrilled that the new gym near my house finally opened (it was supposed to open in January) --- and I can ride my bike over there and get in a short workout and get home in an hour-ish.

I work from home -- so, now when I find that I have an hour and a half between scheduled conference calls, I can get in a workout (it has become too hot here to do much else in the middle of the day).

I have bunnies, too!  I have a lot of "teen" bunnies dashing around now.  They are super-cute, until they start eating down all my flowers and plants!  Riding your bike to the gym sounds like a great way to burn calories.  It saves money on gas, and helps the environment, too.  Thanks for your calorie-burning ideas.
