OT No Profit to Casey Anthony and her Enablers

  I hope this is ok.  I am so outraged by the not guilty verdict in the Caylee Anthony case I want to do something.  I have been following this case for 3 years and it was unthinkable that Casey Anthony would not be held accountable for her daughter's death.  Worse yet, she stands to profit from it, greatly, as do others that helped her get away with murder.  They have already profited from this poor child's tragic death.  $200,000.00 was paid by ABC for pictures and vidoes of Caylee, which went to fund her mother's defense.  If you don't want to see this happen please join me at my Facebook page.

Given the fact that there has been no one convicted in the death of Caylee Anthony I have changed the name to "No Profit for Casey Anthony and her Enablers".

 That's all fine and good, but..... but now that she has been found "not guilty" legally she is not a "Child Killer". So, isn't this kind of a exercise in futility.

I thought of this, too.  Of course she has been acquitted and is not legally a child killer.  But not guilty doesn't mean innocent and many people believe she is responsible for the death of her child.  For those people who do believe she killed her child, this petition is for them to help spread the word that we will not let people profit off of the death of an innocent child.

 And the money grab begins.  So sad.

  It's affecting me in the weirdest ways, I didn't follow it really close, but I did read about it. like......

I drove over to Walmart at lunch today, and as i was parking I heard a child crying and it was bouncing all over the structure. I felt sick to my stomach because I thought of Caylee with that duck tape and  heart sticker over her little nose and mouth terrified and crying for her mommy.

Ditto...I joined your page. Just because someone is aquitted does not make them innocent. She is only not guility of first degree murder, even the jurors said they were sick returning the verdit. Instead of these jurors out there making money why not turn it around and put into a fund to help victims of child abuse???? Nope instead it will go toward their own personal interests...sick sick sick!

I don't really understand what you're trying to accomplish. What exactly do you want people to do? No****ch programs about the case? Not read magazines or watch programs about her? Why?

The thing is, she has been found not guilty. No one knows how, when or where Caylee died, it may have very well been an accident. There is no evidence to say the duct tape was applied before Caylee died and there were no heart shaped stickers found on Caylee and no evidence any were ever applied to her - there was one found about 30 feet away from where the body was located, in a trash heap. Lets keep the facts straight. Can we at least recognize that this woman was tried and villanized in the media long before her trial was ever held?

Is it possible that Casey killed Caylee? Of course, but there was no credible and convincing non-cir****tantial evidence of it found in a 3 year investigation or presented at trial. Not even a motive and certainly no forensics. Why are people so hostile to the idea that this may have been a tragic accident and that she deserves some benefit of the doubt, as she was given in court? She acted bizarrely, deceitfully and in a manner most wouldn't, but she was greiving and may have a history of severe sexual abuse, so how could any of us presume how we would act in such a situation?

Even though it is entirely possible that she did it, I don't believe it's right to terrorize her for the rest of her life now that she has been found not guilty. We all need to move on.

 Even if she didn't kill the child, which I and many others believe she did, at the very least she allowed people in her community and the whole country to search for a child who she knew was dead.  She is a pathological liar at the very best and does not deserve to be enriched by her behavior.  I have a right to inform the media that I will not support any attempts to reward her by contributing her any money that may be paid to her or the people that helped this fraud.
I understand that she was cleared by a court of law but I am entitled to my opinion and outrage.  I have the right not to have any of my money go to her.  If you don't mind, have at it.  Maybe you can hire her to watch your children since you think she has been so vilified.
