I am so excited! The magnetic menu planner that my friend and I created was reviewed by a A Mom's Take Blog and she loved it!! She is doing a giveaway, so be sure to visit her blog and enter to win one of these babies! Her contest ends August 5th.

I am thrilled at the prospect that our planner is being well received. I am convinced that planning and preparation are key to weight loss success, which is why I'm so pleased to be able to share it with the folks here on this forum that I know would benefit greatly from it .

Cross your fingers for us!

Thank you darlin'! I really would never put my name on something I didn't believe in and I really do believe in this. I am so solid with my eating when I've got my meals planned and a bit of food prepped and ready to go, but the minute I fail to StickToIt (sorry--I couldn't resist!) I am in big trouble. I'm glad you like the name. We loved the double entendre nature of it--sticking to the fridge and sticking to planning meals!

Thanks again!! We so appreciate the support!

I agree 1000%!  When you have a plan you do better even if you make changes along the way.  Considering the impact before you eat keeps you on point.
